This recipe is so easy and delicious and lots of vegetable protein to boot! These snow peas can provide up to 10 percent of your protein and loaded with fiber!
1/2 lb of Snow Peas, clean taking thin stem off and chop in bite size pieces
1 large red onion thinly sliced and chopped
1 cup of broccoli florets chopped
1 tbsp of virgin olive oil
Lemon pepper and salt to taste
Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium heat, add onions and stir for 3-4 minutes,
add snow peas continue stirring until peas begin to soften…NOT wilt lol
Add chopped broccoli and stir for 2 minutes, sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt to taste
