Wildly Delicious Broccoli Rice

You’re going to love this quick delicious recipe…on the table in 20 minutes or less!

Ingredients

1 tbsp coconut oil

8 oz broccoli, cut into florets

1/2 tsp Tone’s lemon pepper

¼ tsp red cayenne pepper

1 small red cabbage (shredded)

2 cups of Organic mixed Wild Rice with Quiona (*Prepare according to package directions)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok

Add the broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat

Sprinkle with lemon pepper and continue to stir for 1-2 minutes

In a large bowl toss the cooked Quinoa and wild rice and cooked broccoli until blended

To serve, spoon the Broccoli and rice on to a plate and top with a small amount of shredded uncooked red cabbage toss and serve! The raw cabbage adds a nice crunch and more nutrients!
